Arrange for a format review with your department. To begin your submission, your thesis should be formatted according to Graduate College thesis requirements and approved by your department. Your thesis deposit is not complete until you have made all corrections requested by the Graduate College Thesis Office and have submitted all supporting items required for the deposit. And it may take several days for the Thesis Office to review and approve your thesis for deposit. In most cases, format reviews will be performed within two or fewer business days of the latter of either a submission of the electronic document or b confirmation of departmental approval.

Fellowship and Assistantship Appointments Students holding fellowships must notify the Graduate College Fellowship Office in advance of thesis deposit. The Graduate College does not require students to be registered at the time of thesis deposit. For each graduation period, there is a deadline by which the thesis deposit with the Graduate College Thesis Office must be completed. Your deposit will be confirmed in an email from the Graduate College Thesis Office after a correctly formatted thesis has been accepted and all required additional materials have been received.

Electronic submission of the master’s thesis or doctoral dissertation to the Graduate College for both review and deposit is mandatory. Because further revision of the thesis may be required as a result of the Thesis Office’s review, the Graduate College strongly recommends that students submit the departmentally approved thesis at least one week in advance of the deposit deadline in order to ensure themselves enough time to complete any required changes.
Make sure to upload any copyright permission letters if needed with your thesis submission. If your account is dizsertation longer active or you would like to inquire about payment options, please contact University Student Financial Services and Cashier Operations after your deposit is complete. Register for the doctoral hooding ceremony or the commencement ceremony if you plan to participate. Graduate College Thesis Deadlines
Apply for graduation through your Student Self-Service account. Questions regarding these policies should ukuc addressed to the Graduate College Fellowship Office. All corrections and additional materials must be received in satisfactory condition by the Thesis Office no later than 5: Save yourself the stress of a last-minute thesis submission and start planning now!
